For the first time, the French International School of Vilnius (LIFV) hosted the Sports Games with the French School of Warsaw. From May 22 to 24, 2024, a football tournament, various activities, and a friendly atmosphere brought together students from Vilnius, Warsaw, and the American School of Vilnius.
A remarkable aspect of this event was the hosting of guests from Warsaw in the homes of LIFV students’ families. This cultural and human exchange experience created lasting bonds between participants and enriched the intercultural dimension of the event.
Beyond the competition, this meeting offered a special space for rich cultural exchanges and budding friendships. The students had the opportunity to discover new perspectives and forge lasting connections, thus strengthening the sense of belonging to an international community.
This event would not have been possible without the exceptional commitment of the PE teachers, Alda Babi and Hugo Regignano, as well as Nicolas Heslouis from the French School of Warsaw, with the support of the American School of Vilnius. The LIFV expresses its deep gratitude to all those who contributed to the success of this experience, marked by camaraderie and self-improvement.
