Dear parents,
The management of your children’s school is very special. LIFV is a non-profit organization, parent-run school. By enrolling your children, you have become members of the parents’ association. Each year you are invited to participate in the elections of your representatives, who will be responsible for all matters relating to the administrative and financial management of the school – Management committee.
The main event of the year, the General Assembly, will take place on Wednesday 10 November at 18:00 online. We invite you to attend and elect your representatives.The agenda for the GA can be found here.

This year you will elect 5 representatives to the Board (3 members for 3 years, 1 member for 2 years and 1 member for 1 year). Here are the presentations of the candidates:
Procedure of the vote
1) Quorum
Please inform about your participation at the GA here.
On the day of the GA the attendance will be counted, and it will be decided if the meeting will continue. If the quorum (50% of students represented) is not reached, the event will be postponed to 17 November.
2) Voting
Voting will be done online via EUSurvey. It will be open on the day of the GA at 6.15pm for 5 days (until Monday 15 November 11pm). The voting link (unique to each child) will be sent by email if a quorum is reached.
