Sustainability is more than a trend — it’s a conscious choice, starting with small actions and growing into lasting change. Our lycée is stepping up, engaging students, teachers, and the whole community in this important journey.
We’re launching a new project aimed at raising awareness about environmental responsibility and empowering students to take meaningful action through hands-on learning and collective efforts.
🌱 What are we doing?
✅ Creating a greenhouse and an educational garden – a space where students will plant, nurture, and watch their work grow into real produce. These are life lessons, not just biology classes.
✅ Setting up a worm composter (vermicomposting) – food waste from the cafeteria and students’ meals will feed the worms, producing natural compost for our garden and greenhouse. It’s a smart, circular solution.
✅ Installing new waste sorting bins with clearer signs to help everyone sort correctly and contribute directly to the composting system.
This project builds not only eco-awareness but also real-world skills like sorting, gardening, responsibility, and teamwork. Our students aren’t just learning about sustainability – they’re living it.
