International Christmas Charity Bazaar : let’s participate together

On Saturday, December 2nd, the LIFV community will participate in the Christmas International Charity Bazaar at Rotušė Square. This charitable event is organized by the International Women’s Association of Vilnius (IWAV) and is endorsed by the First Lady of Lithuania, Mrs. Diana Nausėdienė.

As tradition holds, embassies and international schools will create a festive atmosphere at the town hall square. Each embassy and school will have a booth offering products representative of their culture, and all proceeds will be donated to charitable causes.

Last year, we raised over €2,200. This year, the funds will support organizations such as the “Lietaus vaikai” autism association, the “Vaiku linija” hotline for psychological assistance to minors, the Social Care Center for the Elderly, and others.

Let’s participate together in setting up the LIFV community stand

We invite you to contribute to the establishment of the LIFV stand, dedicated this year to French cuisine. We will be offering delicious raclette sandwiches along with country bread, croissants, hot chocolate, and mulled wine on-site.

How can you contribute?

1. Bring products for LIFV stand:

The school will provide raclette cheese. We kindly ask for your assistance in completing the accompaniments for the raclette by bringing:

  • French charcuterie (raw ham, smoked Savoie ham, Italian coppa, dried meat, Grisons meat, dried beef…)
  • Pickles
  • Mulled wine (bottled or carton)
  • Long-life milk
  • Country bread.

If you can contribute, for organizational purposes, please sign up here
