Dear parents,
On Saturday 3 December the LIFV community will participate at the International Christmas Charity Bazaar in Rotušė Square. Traditionally, international community of Vilnius, embassies and international schools, create a magical Christmas atmosphere for one day on the Town Hall Square.
It is a traditional charity event organized by the International women’s association of Vilnius and sponsored by the First Lady of Lithuania, Mrs. Diana Nausėdienė, and the Former First Lady of Lithuania, Mrs. Alma Adamkienė.
Dear parents, the LIFV stand is your stand. We invite you to create it together! Last year, thanks to you, we raised more than 2,400 € for charity. This year all the funds will be donated to organizations such as Vilnius social club, school for Ukrainian refugee children “Gravitas schola“, center for education of blind and visually impaired people, and many others.
Join the Bazaar organizing committee!
The first meeting of the Bazaar Organizing Committee will be held on Thursday, November 10 at 4:30 p.m. at the Subaciaus 11 library. Come with your ideas and energy! Contact us by email ape@lifv.lt to confirm your presence.
How can you contribute?
1. Offer products that we could sell at the stand of LIFV
In previous years we have sold crafts, Christmas decorations, baked goods, hot drinks and all sorts of merchandise that could be used as Christmas gifts. They were all donated by parents. Perhaps this year you could take care of selling hot drinks, or crêpes on site? If you wish to bring food, please note that the products must be packaged and the list of ingredients in Lithuanian and English must be presented. Please bring donations to the class teachers or the administration.
2. Be a volunteer at the stand
The Bazar will be open from 10.30 a.m to 9.00 p.m. on the 3rd of December. We need volunteers to sell at the LIFV stand during the day. You can sign up for 1 hour slots in groups of 2-3 people from 10:30am to 9pm. We also need volunteers to help set up the stand before the opening (meet at 9am at LIFV) and to clean it up at the end of the day (9pm-9:30pm).

Organizers invite you to create a magical Christmas atmosphere, so feel free to come in costume.
3. Buy lottery tickets
You can buy the tickets of the lottery of the Bazaar at the administration in both school buildings. Price: 3 Eur/1 ticket or 5 Eur/2 tickets. We will continue selling tickets on the day of the Bazaar. Winners will be announced on December 4. All the prizes will be listed on the ICCB Facebook page.
4. Become a sponsor
If you would like to contribute a bigger sum to the charity, you can become a sponsor of the event. Foreign and Lithuanian companies, private individuals and Foundations can become sponsors. Contact us for more information.
You can also offer prizes for the lottery (value up to 200 euros). This can be gifts or gift vouchers for various services. Confirmation by 21st November for optimal visibility.
5. Participate in the cultural program of the Bazaar
During the event, the organizers prepare an outdoor entertainment program. If your child can dance, sing or play an instrument and would like to perform on the day of the Bazaar, please contact us by email com@lifv.lt . Our choir is already preparing Christmas songs!
