Dear Parents,
We are delighted to extend an invitation to you for our Christmas celebration on Friday, December 15, 2023, at Kolegija, Antakalnio 54, next to Silo Bridge.
Event Schedule:
- Performance by Cycle 1 pupils (TPS, PS, MS): 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- Performance by Cycle 2 pupils (CP, CE1, CE2): 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
- Performance by Cycle 3 pupils (CM1, CM2): 6:45 pm – 7:45 pm
Practical Information for Parents:
For Pupils on the Silo Campus:
- For TPS, PS, MS, and GS: Parents are invited to collect their children from 3:00 pm.
- A snack will be provided to the children at 2:30 pm.
- After-school care will be available from 3:10 pm to 3:45 pm, allowing parents time to collect their children from the school and bring them to the hall.
- TPS-PS-MS-GS pupils are expected in the hall at 3:45 pm.
- Note: Extracurricular activities between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm are canceled.
- For CP Pupils:
- A snack will be given to the children at 3:00 pm as usual.
- After-school care will be provided until 5:00 pm to give parents time to collect their children from the school and bring them to the hall.
- CP pupils are expected at the Kolegija for 5:15 pm.
- Note: Extracurricular activities organized by outside contributors between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm have been canceled.
- The shuttle bus between Silo and Subacius at 5:10 pm has been canceled.
For Pupils on Subacius Campus:
- CE1 and CE2 pupils are expected in the hall at 5:15 pm.
- CM1 and CM2 pupils are expected in the hall at 6:30 pm.
- After-school care service on the Subacius campus will continue between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Extracurricular activities of outside contributors are canceled.
Other Information:
- Contribution to the Shared Table: We warmly invite you to participate in our communal feast during the Christmas party. If you’re inclined, please consider bringing cakes, biscuits, or any other delectable treats to share with the community. This table promises to be a delightful opportunity for everyone to come together and enjoy festive moments.
- The school will not be organizing transport for pupils to Kolegija.
- A drinks stand will be available during the show.
- Coat racks will be provided.
- Please ensure your children wear light shoes for their performance on stage.
