Dear parents,
The physical education and sports teachers will be offering a climbing activity after the holidays. This activity is open to students of Collège and Lycée.
To participate in this activity, we ask for a participation fee of 30 Eur for Lycée students (6 training sessions) and 35 Eur for Collège students (7 training sessions) for the months of November and December. The amount will be included in the school fees.
This participation includes the private bus ride to the climbing gym in Vertical (Kalvarijų g. 143, Vilnius 08221), climbing equipment and access to the gym. We deliberately limit access to 20 places per training session in order to be able to supervise the students safely.
The schedules are as follows:
– Tuesday evening for Lycée students, leaving the school at 5.40pm and arriving at 6.15pm. Training lasts 1h30, until 19h30.
– Thursday evenings for Collège students, leaving the school at 4.10pm and arriving at 4.40pm. Training lasts 1h30, until 18h00.
The return journey is at the parents’ expense.
In the particular case where your child is absent due to illness or injury, a medical certificate must be provided. Refunds will be made if more than 50% of the training sessions are missed (3 consecutive missed training sessions)
Children over 16 years of age must have a PCR test less than 48 hours old or a vaccination certificate.
