Reminder: General Assembly on the 27th of November

We remind you that the general assembly of the parents’ association of the International French Lyceum of Vilnius will be held on TUESDAY, November 27, 2018.

EXPLANATION OF THE ORGANIZATION OF THE ELECTION OF MEMBERS OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE:
This year you will elect 3 CG members out of 9.
The vote will take place on Tuesday 27 November 2018 at the General Assembly.
If you can not participate in the AG, you have the option to give another parent the power of attorney. The latter can represent you on the evening of the general meeting and vote for you.
ATTENTION:
– a member can not accumulate more than 5 mandates (a mandate represents the totality of the votes of one family),
– only original powers of attorney are accepted (not copies).
If you would like the proxy holder to deposit your ballot, you can pick up an envelope and a ballot paper in the Šilo administration (room 113) or in the Antakalnio administration (Secretariat, 3rd floor). You will then have to fill in your ballot and give this envelope to your representative, who can file it for you on the 27th of November.
You have one vote per child. If you have two children in school you will have 2 votes.
ATTENTION: only one ballot per envelope.

IMPORTANT! The daycare will be provided on the site of Šilo 13
The childcare service will be provided for children during the GA and the cocktail that will follow (between 18:00 and 21:00). The school will provide a meal to the children present (without extra fee).
