Library

A few words from our documentalist:

The Library and Documentation Centre (bibliothèque centre documentaire – BCD) is at the heart of our school. Pupils from TPS class (Toute Petite Section – 2 to 3 years old) up to pupils from GS classes (Grande Section – 4 to 5 years old) spend thirty minutes per week listening to stories, looking, and discovering books there. We also discover some short movies in French.

Pupils from GS are also given once a month a short introduction to computer literacy.

Children enjoy spending time in the library. Introducing children to French language through speech and writing is our essential mission.

We know that children love the library and feel good there. Our mission is to make it a place of creativity, discovery, and learning.
