Organisations for the coming weeks: Collège/Lycée
Dear parents,
As you know, from Thursday the 13th of May we will welcome back the students at the LIFV, hybrid with 50% of the students back.
You will find below the organization for the next coming weeks :
Thursday 13th of May : presential class at the LIFV for the 3èmes group 1. The group 2 is online and follow the lessons that are filmed. All the other classes are online/autonomous work.
Friday 14th of May : presential class at the LIFV for the 3èmes group 2. The group 1 is online and follow the lessons that are filmed. All the other classes are online/autonomous work.
Week of the 17th of May to 21st of May :
The following classes are coming back to the LIFV : 6ème A group 1 / 6ème B group 1 / 5ème A group 1 / 5ème B group 1 / 4ème A group 1 / 3ème group 1 / 2nde group 1
The other groups of these classes are online at home and can follow the classes filmed.
Week of the 24th of May to 28th of May :
The following classes are coming back to the LIFV : 6ème A group 2 / 6ème B group 2 / 5ème A group 2 / 5ème B group 2 / 4ème A group 2 / 3ème group 2 / 2nde group 2

Week of the 31st of May to 04th of June :

Week of the 07th of May to the 11th of June : (All the lessons will take place online on the 8th of June due to the baccalauréat) :

Week of the 14th of June to the 18th of June (All the lessons will take place online the 15th and 16th of June due to the DNB)

Week of the 21st of June to 23rd of June
The following classes are coming back to the LIFV : 6ème A group 2 / 6ème B group 2 / 5ème A group 2 / 5ème B group 2 / 4ème A group 2 / 3ème group 2 / 2nde group 2
The other groups of these classes are online at home and can follow the classes filmed.
Please note : Classes of 1ère and 4èmes B remain fully online. No alternance of groups for these classes.
– Families of the students will be informed in which group is their child/children in a second separate email. The timetables will be posted on pronote this coming Wednesday in the evening.
– Students no longer need to do a 48h antigenic test. Autotests will be given by the Health Centre of Vilnius and will be done directly at the LIFV under the control of the nurse and the teacher of the classroom. Regarding the autotests :
The students will auto test themselves on Mondays and Thursdays morning. For the first week, our nurse will show the students how it works according to the following timetable :
* Thursday 8h30 : 3èmes group 1
*Friday 8h30 : 3èmes group 2
*Monday : 8h30 6ème A / 9h 6ème B / 9h30 5ème A / 10h 5ème B. Mrs Llopis will show the test to the 4èmes on the same timetable.
– Thank you for signing the document attached (test agreement). This document is in Lithuanian as sent by the Health Centre. The signed document must be sent at info@lifv.lt
- There will be no canteen. The students have to bring their own lunch and will eat in their classroom or in the yard if they want and if the weather allows it.
REGARDING THE BOOKING OF THE SCHOOL SHUTTLE
The form to register is ready in Eduka. Registration is opened for the classes from grade 6 to 12.

The registration limit date is on Friday 14th of May 12h00.
All the conditions are consultable on Eduka. The shuttle will be available from Monday 17th of May.
BE CAREFUL : There will be no Shuttle at 17h20
